We had a particularly challenging issue with a mistake I made in terms of staining some wood in our home. As many husbands know, sometimes we get in over our heads (ok...you know have done it yourself...its ok to admit it...trying to add some humor). Jacob was able to jump right in and help. One thing that I find rather odd in the St Croix County area of Wisconsin is that - sometimes - believe it or not (again, attempting humor), handymen don't call back or say something like 'well, I can get you in my schedule in September' (when it's December when you call). Jacob was able to help us in a tight timeline, we didn't have to wait until September, and he was - oh my goodness...oh my stars - responsive. When you are working with him on a project (even in the estimating stage), he calls back, responds to texts, and does what he says he will do. Bravo Jacob!
